1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to k9win pak. This platform is operated to provide online entertainment services to eligible users in Malaysia. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of all services, products, and features available through the k9win pak platform.

• You are not using automated software, bots, or any unauthorized method to register or play.

Each individual is permitted only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed, with balances refunded after deducting any bonuses used.

3Member Account Management

Your k9win pak account is personal and may not be transferred, shared, or sold to any other party. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account.

You must ensure that your account information — including your full name, phone number, email address, and bank account details — is accurate and up to date at all times. Any changes to personal information must be reported to the k9win pak support team within 48 hours.

• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and contain a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
• Never share your password with anyone — including k9win pak staff.

• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact the k9win pak support team immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action to protect your account.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

K9Win Pak accepts deposits via a variety of local payment methods, including FPX bank transfer, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed automatically and credited to your gaming account within minutes.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is set for regular members; however, members may be required to submit supporting documents for deposits exceeding a certain amount for compliance purposes.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request.

Members found to be exploiting the bonus system through unauthorized methods — including hedging, use of multiple accounts, or any other method deemed to violate the spirit of a promotion — will forfeit all bonuses and may face further action on their accounts.

6Game Rules and Fairness

All games offered at k9win pak — including slots, fish shooting, sports betting, and Live Casino — operate on a fair and transparent system. Slot and casino games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) system that has been independently audited by an accredited third party.

The outcome of each game is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure verifiable by the k9win pak system. In the case of a verified technical failure, k9win pak reserves the right to void the relevant game and refund the wagered amount to the member.

7Prohibited Activities

Members who wish to close their own account may contact the k9win pak support team via Live Chat or Telegram. Any valid balance in the account (excluding bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirement) will be refunded via the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

9Liability Limits

The k9win pak platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by applicable law, k9win pak is not liable for:

12Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days from the date the dispute is formally filed, both parties agree to refer the matter to independent arbitration in accordance with mutually agreed rules.

• Dispute claims must be filed within 90 days of the date of the disputed incident.
